    Therapeutic Rehabilitation

    A private one on one session that requires a medical doctors diagnosis and recommendations for treatment of an illness or injury. Generally, treatment is recommended for one to two times per week for 4 to 8 weeks (sports attire recommended).

    Yoga For Life

    Educates and instructs you towards a yogic lifestyle. Learn the basic Vinyasa flow in a hands-on instructed practice. Nutritional coaching is also available. Our goal is to instruct you with a safe yoga practice that is modified to any of your physical limitations or injuries. You are guided towards healthy lifestyle changes.

Workshops

We offer continuing education for healthcare providers, physical, occupational therapists, massage therapists, and other practitioners through our Mobility Works Academy. Hands on training labs offered for those who would like to advance their manual therapy skills based on Mobility Work's concepts of "Therapeutic Integration and Holistic Healthcare".
